- Multiple surgeries
- Weakened abdominal wall

What does it look like?
- Elongated Stoma
- May change size with peristalsis
- Will hang into the bag
- Stoma should still be red and healthy

Treatment
- Larger pouching system, flexible
- Radial slits in pouch
- Reduce stoma – often recurs
- Educate caregivers
